Tony and Lisa transitioned from Northern California to Lake Greenwood in June of 2006 after a long and detailed search for the ideal lake and area to call home. Lake Greenwood checked all the criteria boxes and created an opportunity to start Living the Dream! Tony started working Lake Greenwood Real Estate in October of that same year and early in 2007 shifted all of his efforts to focus strictly on Lake Greenwood Property. Focusing solely on Lake Greenwood allows Tony to keep a keen eye on market trends, new lake listings, and opportunities that may be otherwise missed by less focused agents. Tony is also a founding member of Connect Lake Greenwood, and actively serves on the Steering Committee and is co-chair of the groups signature event, Lights on the Lake, a lakefront concert and incredible fireworks show celebrating Independence Day.

Lisa joined Tony working full time in Real Estate in June of 2014 and they purchased Lakelands Realty the following January. Building on the solid foundation and impeccable reputation of founder Gladys Woodcock, who is still active in the company and local association. Tony & Lisa incorporated new cutting edge marketing techniques and are leading the industry locally in video and social media captivation, creating a powerful blend of old school integrity and service with the newest and most innovative marketing tools available.
